A Bit About Me
Hi! My husband’s job brought us to the city just over three years ago, when we were newlyweds — and I’m now a stay-at-home mom who has fallen completely for New York.
I’ve loved hosting friends and family here ever since, and this site is a running list of it all: the spots we take out-of-towners to, and our own favorite places to eat, drink, and play.
I’ve dreamt of having an old-school blog like this for a long time. I’ve been so moved over the years by other people’s writing like Shauna Niequist, and it turns out I’m a chip off the ol’ block like Preston Poore. This site is my own take on it ◡̈
